After an overly extended hiatus from the case of Liberty German and Abigail Williams murders, I am returning to this blog, but not for this case in particular. At least, not now.
Here's why.
Doug Carter did an interview four months ago. He stated that this case has lots of tentacles. He said that the investigation is incomplete and that not a single person is ruled out. . . yet.
Rumors are still swirling in all directions. Allegations towards a specific female family member of Libby German with brand new visual comparisons of the young suspect sketch (the second sketch released by authorities) and photographs of a particular female family member of Libby German.
I'm not here to question anything . . . anymore.
When Doug Carter said there were lots of tentacles. I believe him. I believe he knows more about this story than we will be told until the case comes to closure.
All of my readers know an arrest has been made in this case. Richard Allen, a married man, a father of one, and a former employee of the local CVS was arrested in October of 2022. But did he act alone? Many say no.
So where am I at this point?
I am in waiting mode, like every single person who is following this case. However, my waiting mode will no longer contain theories or speculation. I trust Doug Carter. I believe Doug Carter has the answers to many - if not all of our questions. In time he will release the answers. But, most answers will come with any future arrests or convictions.
We could all speculate, theorize, and finger-point until the end of time, but that will get us nowhere. I'd rather have direction and purpose over remaining stagnant on one topic that can not be fully covered until the case is closed.
What is my future focus?
My future focus for this blog will be what my original intentions were. Unfortunately, I previously allowed this case to consume me. I was losing sleep and losing direction on my path of writing.
The original intent of this blog was the coverage of unsolved murders, missing children, unsolved murders, and of children who have been murdered by parents or guardians. When I use the term, "guardians" I will often include the boyfriends or girlfriends of biological parents or step-parents who may have committed these crimes against children living in their home.
Within the next few days, I will provide updates to a handful of previous posts on such topics. Then I will begin generating new posts of the same interest.
