No Amber Alert? Christian Moux-Reyes

Update - Found Safe

Why is there no amber alert for this child?

On Tuesday morning, January 30, 2018 at approximately 4:30 pm, 11 year old Christian Moux-Reyes left his North fort Meyers home to meet his sister.

He was suppose to meet her at the intersection of North Cleveland Avenue and Littleton Rd. at the Windmill Village Bus Stop.

But when Christian's sister arrived home at 5:00 pm, she was alone.

Authorities are still searching for Christian described as a Hispanic male, black hair, brown eyes, 4'5" tall and weighing about 100 pounds.  He was wearing a black T-shirt with blue stripes, black shorts and black Air Jordans.

If you have seen Christian or have any information as to his whereabouts, please contact the Lee County Sheriff's Office at 239-477-1000

Should LE Back Up and Start Over? - A Few New Notes on POI

We've seen the sketch.

We've heard the audio.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We've waited almost a year for LE to share more information
about the killer or make an arrest.
Neither has happened.
After almost a year, people start losing their patience and they begin to question if this case is becoming a cold case.
One commonly debated question goes something like this,
"Do you think this case is going cold or do you think LE has an idea of who killed the girls? Are they're just making sure they have all their i's dotted and t's crossed?"
Think about this.  Two girls, 13 and 14 years old were murdered and left on a creek bank in a public area.
This takes a heartless, individual with a dark soul to commit such a crime, right?
So, we know LE sees this same dark killer, the one we fear
and the one the cops don't want in their neighborhood.
We can not determine if they know who the killer is.
But, I'd wager their guts are speaking to them about this case.
I wish LE would go back to their first thought, the first day, the first instinct and began digging again, start at the starting line again, regroup their peers and take a fresh look at
February 14, 2017.
I think if they did that, they'd be closer to their killer
than they are today.
If they know 100% who did it, they've already approached that person/persons and requested DNA and/or Lie Detector tests and have probably been declined.  Without enough for a warrant, it turns into a waiting game.  This is the only way I'd see them knowing who the killer is, having made no arrests.
I don't think they have enough to go on to ID the killer.  What I mean here is, I don't think they had a good witness and I disagree with the sketch.  Namely, the jaw (appears too wide in comparison to the photo Libby took) and nose (appears too wide and bulbous) as I speak of often.  I believe these facial features have been portrayed incorrectly based on the light and shadow around the face in the original photo/video taken from Libby's phone.
I also think LE stopped knocking on doors fairly early in this case.  I doubt every door in that neighborhood was knocked on and each one should have been.
Door knocking is no fun, anyone will admit to that.
However, it's part of the job and it's part of the case
to speak with neighbors.
Which door was skipped that may have the truth behind it?
Is it possible BG has a wife who is submissive, even timid almost and possibly afraid of him?  If so, I doubt she would voluntarily make the call to turn him in but with an officer at her door, a sign of protection, would she feel more comfortable talking?
Even apply that same question to a possible child (which I do not believe he has) who may be living in the home.  With a knock on the door from a policeman, would a child be more likely to talk or ask for help?
I also think LE expected too much when asking someone to identify the friend, family member or neighbor that BG is with a poor sketch and a brief audio.  They failed to give us enough to build with.
Why didn't they just hand us 2 nails and tell us to build a mansion?
If LE knew who killed
Liberty German and Abigail Williams
they'd snatch his ass up right now.
I don't think they'd wait any longer than the law would force them to.
That's just the cold hard facts about this case.
LE does not have any idea who it is OR they can't prove who it is.
It is possible they know who but they don't have enough evidence.  After all, Sgt. Holeman said himself, "we have very little".  They could have requested a lie detector test or DNA sample from the one/ones they suspect and could have been denied.
[It is my understanding DNA can not be obtained without an arrest or a warrant for the DNA, excluding extraction of DNA left behind on waste such as cigarette butts, cups, tissues, etc.  However I am not an attorney, nor am I educated in Law.  I may not have my DNA facts right and I welcome all corrections to my blog.]
This case is too high profile for Law Enforcement to intentionally drag it out.  I'd say, LE wants this case solved and closed as badly as we do but I feel they don't have enough to do so.
New Public Notes on My POI - IF A SERIAL KILLER:
  • I think he's been killing since 1984 and I believe he will continue to kill until he is arrested, disabled or dies.
  • If this guy has the habits that I believe he has, no one will or could ever trace him, track him, nor could they ever identify him.
  • His habits will justify and excuse every scratch, cut, gouge, and every broken bone.
  • I also don't think rape was a part of the murders of Libby and Abby, nor any other murders that I believe he is responsible for.
  • I believe he is a thrill killer.
  • I believe he prefers and intentionally captures two victims, forcing one to watch the other's demise.  One victim watching the other victim suffer and die is part of his thrill and/or part of his satisfaction from the crime.
  • I believe he more brutally attacks the first victim in all cases with the second victim being tortured or beaten less because there is no one there to watch the second death occur.
  • I also believe he has "something special" he says to each of his victims as he is taking their lives.
  • He has a means of transportation which is also as untraceable as his activities.
  • He wears a wide variety of hair lengths and styles.
  • There is more, but I really don't want to go any further.
  • I have recently come to the conclusion he is left handed
Earl Kimrey Charged for Murder of Mariah Woods - Autopsy Results - Cause of Death
The Onslow County Sheriff's Dept. released a statement, detailing the events surrounding the death of Mariah Woods stating, the cause of death was Chloroform Toxicity.  They also stated Earl Kimrey has been charged with the murder of Mariah Woods.
As of today no charges have been made against the mother of Mariah Woods, Kristy Woods.
Chloroform?
A colorless, sweet smelling, dense liquid that is used in making Teflon and Refrigerants, Chloroform is produced by heating a mixture of Chlorine and Chloromethane or Methane.
Knowing this is an anesthetic, my first instinct was to question why a family would even have Chloroform in their home.
Then I remembered this was a meth home.
Doing the research, I learned something else I really didn't care to know today.
Chloroform is used in Meth Recipes.
So, why did he give Chloroform to Mariah?
What was happening to her while she was under the influence of this sleep inducing drug?
The statement from the Sheriff's Department also did not answer one other burning question, what was the date of death for
Mariah Woods?
What's happening down in Tennessee? What is BG's Excuse?
Megyn Kelly welcomed the families of Liberty German and Abigail Williams on Today.
In less than one month, we will be facing the one year anniversary of the slaying of Liberty German and Abigail Williams.
Liberty's grandparents Mike and Becky Patty along with her sister, Kelsi German joined the mother of Abigail, Anna Williams in answering a few new questions posed from Megyn Kelly.
When Megyn asked Becky what happened that day, she explained there were several kids there, in and out of the trails throughout the day.  There was a lull in activity, which left the girls' alone giving the killer a chance to take them.
Megyn asked, "Was this a place they'd go to hangout?"
Mike explains it is a trail system, that's what it is for.  So of course that's what the girls were doing.  That's what they asked to do that day.  It was an unusually warm 68 degree day.
Mike says in his opinion BG was overdressed for that day.  "Did he use a motorcycle?  Did he ride a bicycle? Did he wear extra clothes to help cover things up?"
When Megyn Kelly said, "The girls were murdered within 4 hours of being at the park", the camera slowly panned away from the family members who showed no response and no verbal response (no confirmation) from the family could be heard.
When Superintendent Doug Carter was asked when you hear that tape, can you hear the crime, he said,
"We believe she captured the image of the killer.  We believe she captured the voice of the murderer."
This is more than previously confirmed during a conference when Captain Bursten said, "This may or may not be the killer".
Finally, someone is giving some confirmation.
Megyn Kelly reminds viewers of the $240,000.00 reward, hoping someone will step forward with more information.
When asked if there had been any similar crimes in the area, Doug Carter responded, "Well we believe that anyone who would commit a crime like this, with such incredibly evil intent, likely has committed that crime before, and with that known, he likely will commit it again.  . . . . "
So, now LE finally says, they believe this is a serial killer who will likely commit these types of crimes again.
Doug Carter addresses America when he says, "Please disregard the face", Look at the body because anyone can identify a family member by looking at the body."
When Megyn Kelly asks Doug Carter for an age range on BG, he says we can not estimate an age, we'll just say a grown man.
My question would be one for the sketch artist,
"If there is no age estimate on BG, how can the sketch be anywhere near accurate?  Is that why we are now to disregard the sketch?"
Then she asks Doug Carter, "Were there any eye witnesses who actually saw him?"
His response, "No,there were not"
So, whatever happened to the witness mentioned in a recent interview?  The one, said to have spoken with BG briefly having seen him leaving from the Cemetery side of the trail?  If no witness ever saw him, who gave the description for the sketch?
Anna addresses others who ask how could this have happened, pointing out the girls had taken all precautions, following the buddy system, carrying their phones, etc.
Anna also pointed out again that they believe the two girls had fought for their lives and for each other.
I'll ask my readers again, what type of job or hobby would a man have that would excuse scratches on his hands, arms, upper body, etc?
Suddenly during the show,  Megyn Kelly makes an announcement that their affiliate station WTHR  reports the FBI is extending their search into Southeastern Tennessee.
I'll just be clear.  I saw a touch of shock on Doug Carter's face when she addressed him for his opinions on such an unexpected, off the cuff announcement.
Doug Carter, immediately started clearing up this hornets' nest, responding with,
"This investigation is National.  I'm tracking what's happening down in Tennessee but I don't want to be singularly focused in one area at this time."
Wait!  What's happening down in Tennessee?
Have I missed something?
The Bledsoe County Sheriff's Department has since clarified the suspect has not been seen in the area and this is a Nationwide search, deleting the original post that had drawn so much attention.
[Carter also explained later, nothing was happening in Tennessee.]
Let's Talk About BG
Today I want to talk about the infamous sketch that travels across the internet hundreds of times a day which has brought in numerous tips and no arrests.
All eyes are on the lookout for anyone and everyone who may match the sketch provided by LE.  The person or persons who murdered Liberty German and Abigail Williams, leaving their bodies in a wooded area on the bank of Deer Creek, must be looking over their shoulder every waking hour.
Or is he?
Delphi, Indiana citizens are pushing for an arrest, still posting flyers everywhere they can with thousands of internet users, armchair sleuths, and empathetic mothers packing stacks of these flyers in their suitcases to pass out when they visit other states on vacation.
The dedication and the desperation are there.  We just need more clues.  Of course, we know those clues aren't coming from LE, so we're going to have to start digging harder and find hidden statements.
I'll end this post with a question for my readers.  Please comment your thoughts here or on the
Every day I watch multiple videos and I read articles pertaining to the death of Libby and Abby and I also do the same for many other unsolved murders across America.
Today, I want to talk about two videos.  One is a video created by The Dialogue that analyzes the behavior of individuals who were interviewed about the deaths at Monon High Bridge Trail.
My main reason for sharing this video is to discuss BG's overall description.
I agreed with the biggest portion of this video referencing body language.
I also agreed with her as to the age of BG.
My personal estimate of age is between 49 and 55 years old.
I believe he is married.
At one time, I believed he had children, however, I have since changed my thoughts on that.
I think he is childless and his wife is more of a best friend (with them rarely seeing one another) than the typical spousal relationship we'd normally expect.
I'd also say the killer is a self centered, self serving, narcissist believing no one can do his job as good as he can and uncomfortable in the surroundings of others who might just outdo him.
I don't think he is as heavy as this photo portrays.  I believe there are extra layers of upper body clothing and a natural bulge in the front of the jacket and his jeans appear to be baggy, in my opinion.
I also believe the nose and jawline have been exaggerated in the sketch.  I believe the lighting in the photo caused his face to appear wider than it actually is.
At one point in the video the statement is made by LE that it could have been someone who knew the girls would be there that day.
I'd rather look at it like this, the killer knew someone - anyone would be there that day.
I'm choosing this point of view because we do not yet know if this was an act performed by an actual serial killer or if this was personal.
I'm pointing this out today because of another video that was shared in a Facebook group which I had actually seen before but failed to pick out one sentence until today.  Please hear Sgt. Holeman's response to the question beginning at 9:30.
YouTube Web Sleuth Will
"Do you think he possibly did this before?"
"It could be, I mean, you know.  This again, this is kind of our theory or speculation. .  . Obviously, the case in Iowa was the closest but they don't even know the cause of death in that one because they didn't find the victims until later so it's hard to compare but it is similar.  .  .  . But, it doesn't mean he's going to kill everybody the same way every time."
I can't explain what it is about his statements that has changed my mind lately.  I once believed the killer was a local with knowledge of Libby and Abby.
However, over time and after hearing this statement, "This again, this is kind of our theory or speculation", I have come to believe this is a single killer, a serial killer and if so, we all know he will do it again.
I don't care anymore what other people say.  I don't care what the accusations are toward certain family members because regardless of who is murdered, the family members are always the ones pointed at first.
So, instead of talking about who the local guy may be, today I'd rather look at what kind of serial killer this may be.
I think most of us have read about Lyric Cook, 10 years old and Elizabeth Collins, 8 years old.  The two girls were given permission by their grandmother to ride their bikes.  They were last seen on their bikes, driving towards the downtown area of Evansdale, Iowa at 12:20.  Their grandmother reported them missing at 2:00 pm on Friday July 13, 2012.  Later that afternoon, their bikes were located along with Elizabeth's purse on a trail near Meyers Lake.  The search continued with no success.  Five months later, on December 5, 2012, hunters would discover the badly decomposed bodies of Lyric and Elizabeth near a river in Seven Bridges Park in rural Bremer County.
No one knows if these crimes are connected but I think LE is leaning toward a serial killer.
So, if BG is a serial killer, with a job or with a wife and/or family, I have a question.
What type of lifestyle would BG live, what type of work would he do or what hobbies would he have that would excuse scratches on his hands, arms, etc.?
LE says, "someone knows something".  Actually, this may not be true.
If this guy has a job or a hobby that would quickly explain away any scratches or abrasions caused by a struggle with these girls, no one is going to recognize it.
Questions Surround the Case of Mariah Woods - and Pssst
Mariah Woods was a 3 year old Onslow County, NC girl, who was reported missing on November 27, with her body discovered 5 days later in a neighboring county, just 25 miles from her home.
During the events of the timeline, her mother's live in boyfriend, Earl Kimrey was arrested on charges of concealing a body that had died of unnatural causes along with obstruction of justice, possession of stolen property, second degree burglary and felony larceny.
He was charged with everything except the one thing the public is waiting for. . .
murder.
This is possibly pending autopsy results which are not yet in.
My regular readers know what I say about our two (2) sources of information.  We should always understand when we're studying a rumor, it is still a rumor.
Even if that rumor fits, it is still a rumor.
I open up rumors for discussion on my blog and my Facebook page because there is often at least a tidbit of fact buried within.
Some questions have arisen in reference to the actual date of death of Mariah Woods.  She was reported missing on November 27, 2018.  This was five (5) days after Thanksgiving.
The Thanksgiving holiday brought on many questions about Mariah's demise as well as the behavior and actions of family members.
According to photographs shared on family members timelines, a visit to Grandma's house (the mother of Earl Kimrey) did not include Mariah.  Questions have also come into play as to whether or not Mariah's mother Kristy was there.
It is a known fact that aside from the grandmother and Earl, who brought along Kristy's two sons, Nate and Ryan were there.  It is also a known fact that Earl's ex was there with her children as well.
Many question why the ex was there with her children.
The only reason I would not question that would be if Earl were the biological father of the children the ex brought along.  If so, it is feasible that she was making an honest effort to bring the grandchildren to visit their grandmother for the holiday.
However, if Earl is not the biological children of the ex, I pose the same question as my readers.
The next question is why would Kristy allow Earl to take the boys along when she wasn't attending?
The only reason I can think of would be if Mariah were already dead, Kristy could have been at home grieving.
None of us know yet, what day Mariah was actually killed.  With the possible absence from the family get together, the idea that she was murdered previous to Thanksgiving is quite strong.
Some family members have said that both Mariah and Kristy were there, stating they simply didn't participate in the photo.
I question this because I believe Kristy would have wanted to be seen in the photo if she were there, especially with an ex standing in the picture.
Another question that recently came into play was the actual paternity of Mariah Woods.  Some say there is a possibility that Earl is actually the father of Mariah Woods.
With this knowledge the new question comes surrounding the grandmother.  Did she know there was a possibility of Mariah being her grandchild?  If she knew this, would she still have provided protection for Earl during the events of this crime?
While I don't believe Earl is the father of Mariah Woods, I'll still provide the answer I would have if she were.
The answer is an adamant yes, she would have protected him.
Why?
Because he was her son first.  Because she loved him first.  Because she has loved him the longest.
But mostly because she has protected him all of his life while he ran amok doing drugs and breaking laws.
People like this mom are called, "enablers".
Having never had the proper punishment for his previous crimes, due to bail outs and protection from Mom, Earl never learned responsibility and never learned remorse.
My question:
Had Earl been punished correctly, left in jail to face the responsibility of his youthful crimes, receiving no protection from the consequences of his actions, would Mariah be alive today?
Of course, none of us can answer that question but it is something to mull around in our brains as we watch so many innocent children being murdered by drug users every day.
23 year old Fresno woman fatally shot her two toddlers
Mother arrested after 10 year old daughter injected with meth, raped, murdered and dismembered
Meth addiction leads mom to kill six (6) newborns
Meth addict charged with murder in Shaking Death of girlfriend's baby
This list could go on forever as most of us know.  The child victims of the Meth epidemic are seemingly increasing.
Would these same people murder a child if they were not on Meth?
 We can't say.
However, I am positive the numbers would decline if Meth were not a part of today's society.
I also blame CSS for the deaths of many of these children, because in so many circumstances, these children's lives have been brought to the attention of CSS through phone calls and emails from neighbors, family members, school staff and friends.
It seems in most cases after one visit, the child is abandoned by CSS with many of these being foster children who are,
"lost in the system".
I believe case workers should be held accountable for these children.
If they receive one report of a child living in a questionable situation, how does one visit validate the decision of a safe environment?
These visits should be made more than once and with no notice.
Random visits to these reported homes, would most likely save the life of another child later.
Austin Savage Kyle Englehart Missing Hunters on James River - Another Colonial Parkway Event
Austin Savage, 20 and Kyle Englehart, 29 went to to their hunting spot on the James River, Wednesday, January 3, to repair a broken duck blind before an expected Winter storm was to hit the Virginia area.
The Winter storm that hit that night brought snow, wind and below freezing temperatures.
The two duck hunters were reported missing after their 16 foot john boat never returned to the Jamestown Yacht Marina.  Their 16-foot john boat was discovered capsized on Thursday by a Virginia State Police helicopter with no discovery of the 2 missing men.
According to Fox6, Austin's brother Nathan Savage said, "Austin and Kyle are very hands on and very experienced hunters and boaters.  Something doesn't add up because they're so experienced."
The Coast Guard was called in at 1:00 Thursday with crews searching around Hogg Island.  The water search for the two hunters was suspended at noon on Friday.
Updates to come
